We had a wonderful overnight stay recently. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel was warm, welcoming and a very relaxed atmosphere. We had both lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent.

Most of the staff where excellent, very helpful and friendly. Seemed to be the managers that provided the least best service (prob a bit more stressed) and but other staff went all out of their way for you.

Location was good for our purpose. Wendy from reception, who we met checking out, was wonderful. Very friendly, very helpful. An asset to your staff. The room was lovely and comfortable, spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Although sausages were a bit burnt.. food was really tasty. Staff were lovely.

The cosy environment esp the family room with double bed and a single separate/joined bedroom. Amazing king size bed :o Food was good too. And the live music just made everything even better.
