It is the perfect location to head out to Dublin City or just staying in Swords which is a lovely town to hang out at. The airport is just a 10 minute ride away,which cuts any stress off before leaving. The hosts made us feel welcomed from the very beginning. The breakfast was quite various and super delicious! Our room was very cosy and everything was just perfect!

Couldn’t rate evergreen at higher. Love this homely and cosy b&b. Jimmy and Mary make it a home from home they cannot do enough for you. This is our second stay here and wouldn’t now go anywhere else in Dublin and the surrounding area.

The hosts - outstanding, an example to all other B&B owners, they genuinely care about their guests and will do anything it takes to make your stay more comfortable or help sort travel problems for you. Location - close, but not to close, to Dublin Airport. B&B - separate external access for all rooms, but internal access to dining room. Large room with plenty of space for two large suitcases. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Rural location. Breakfast - quality and quantity!

It was wonderful, we had the best time. Our hosts could not have been more hospitable, they were so kind and genuine and generous. They offered us a drink and gave us advice about the local area. They were so kind and friendly, we will definitely be back again the next time we are in Dublin.

A wonderful B&B, VERY organised - very late check-in, - great family room, good beds & shower and a wonderful breakfast. Very considerate hosts, had a lovely chat at breakfast!
