The rooms were away from the main pub so we couldn't hear any noise coming from there, but not too far if we wanted to go in the pub for a drink/meal. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were very friendly. Plus you have Coate Water right next to you.

It's the little things. Nice tea and coffee. A glass as well as a cup. Plugs by the bed. A nice shower. Then the big things. With 2 little dogs, having a door to the outside, having places to walk, the Coates water park is amazing. A very dog friendly pub. Breakfast included. The staff are nice. For us, it is a perfect place as a stop over between Somerset and Buckinghamshire.

It’s convenient location. Good value for money. Nice place to stay and overall a nice comfortable room with good tea and coffee facilities in the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Location is excellent. Easy access to Town and Business Centres, but far enough away to be a quiet area. Adjacent to a country park which was great for walking our dog. The food was amazing, hot a freshly cooked, and the staff helpful and friendly.

The staff were absolutely lovely! Super attentive! The food was fab, especially the breakfast. Will be back soon! The underfloor heating is a nice touch!
