Please note that on-site parking is limited, and allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, this is charged at GBP 6.00 for overnight parking. Satnav users looking for the hotel and onsite car park should use postcode SN1 2NN which will bring you to the car park entrance. Guest parking is also available at the nearby multi-storey car park 'The Whalebridge Car Park' between Princes Street and Islington Street.The entrance to the car park is off Islington Street. From the hotel, continue onto Princes Street, turn right into Gordon Road and right again onto Islington Street. The car park is less a 4-minute walk back to the hotel. A special discount rate of GBP 6.00 for 24 hours is available to guests at the hotel. Guests must validate the ticket at the hotel reception before returning to your car to available of this reduction.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

My stay was truly pleasant. Kind staff members, the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel in England. The hotel is clean and warm. I loved the atmosphere. Good coffee and food. I enjoyed every single thing and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay. The hotel was welcoming and modern. The room was large and well furnished and a good temperature. The bed was very comfortable The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was cooked beautifully.

Breakfast buffet was great, lots of selection, easy access. When breakfast wasn't buffet style the staff were super friendly with taking orders and serving. The staff were the best part of the place, they were always very helpful and nice. Also glad I could exchange complimentary coffee slips to get hot chocolate instead. And having the extra towels I asked for I could make sure I didn't drip puddles everywhere. Grateful for the kettle and cups with complimentary tea, milk and sugar.

Excellent location in the town centre in walking distance to the high street and to Swindon bus and train stations, room was spacious and quiet (no noise could be heard from the corridor or the road), comfortable bed, decent selection of cold and hot food options at breakfast, including gluten-free and vegetarian options
