Friendly staff - though several, especially at breakfast times - appeared to be "short-handed". No-one came to take our room number at the pedestal, where Breakfast was served. When someone did appear, we were told to find our name on the list - ourselves.

Great location, easy access to and from M4 motorway. Buffet breakfast was very good and lots of options available. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating with refrigerating some medication I have to carry. Nothing was too much trouble. Room service was very efficient during our 2-night stay. Very happy with my choice of hotel in the Swindon area.

Great service , great staff ! It was good to see the on duty manager getting involved and helping his staff out during a Aaron orning breakfast rush ! 😀 this is our second time staying , and would definitely stay again .

Location was great, just of the M4. The staff were welcoming, but could maybe smile a little bit more! The room was comfortable enough, but could hear every sound from the adjoining rooms. Breakfast selection was good, however, the scrambled egg that I had wasn't very good. It wasn't light and fluffy as I would expect and it was tasteless.
