My room was lovely clean and comfortable. The cleaner was lovely. The air conditioning was not very good and windows sealed shut, so I felt clotraphobic

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I have food allergies, but the staff at breakfast (Thuy) was particularly attentive and made it extremely clear what I could eat. The chef then made additional foods (although I hadn't asked them to do so) to give me an even greater range. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Bit scruffy outside, some interesting customers. However it's comfortable and cheap. The staff are great, especially the receptionist who is from Ukraine. She was delightful.
