Nice clean modern decor. Nice big shower. Heated towel rack. The location is away from the town which suited me very well as it was lovely and quiet. Beautiful view of the golf course from the room. Breakfast in the clubhouse was really good quality and plenty of it. Compliments to both chefs, and very friendly service!

lovely place to stay. reception closes for check in at 8 not 9pm as on booking.com received a helpful phone call to check what time we were arriving and staff very helpful.

Really nice cooked breakfast, the chef was very pleasant and also gave a little bit of info about the course and surrounding area....was very helpful The bar staff the previous evening were also extremely pleasant and engaging

Really liked the room. Comfortable, cosy with a lovely shower. My husband enjoyed his cooked breakfast every morning. Staff were fabulous. Very friendly.

Lovely location away from main roads, nice view of golf course with sheep grazing, also top room can see views of the sea in the distance. Very nice helpful staff, the lady called me to check when I was arriving and I called again on arrival for her to inform me on checking in at the golf club bar next door when I arrived as wasn’t sure if the club was opened when arrived in the dark. The breakfast was great, vegan sausages and plant milk as requested. Bed was super comfy as well. Will stay again on next trip to Swansea.

The room was spotlessly clean and every item in it is of the highest standard. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. From the manager John who I spike with on the phone the day prior to our trip, to the young man behind the bar and the chef Paul who provided our breakfast all were kind, courteous, and very helpful. The view over the golf course whilst having breakfast is a wonderful start to the day and the breakfast was delicious. I HIGHLY recommend Somerfield Lodge

Our stay was wonderful. The bedroom had everything you need . The breakfast was the best cooked one that I have ever had. The quality of the food was exceptionally good and complemented well with the chef's cooking. I would even visit without a stay whenever we are in Swansea just for the breakfast!

A smashing weekend. Couldn't have asked for better. Took a bit of finding but that wasn't really a problem. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. But I have to mention the fantastic breakfasts!! Worth a visit just for that!! Highly recommended whether you're a golfer or not. 😊
