Likes: The Dolphin Hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Swansea. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The beds are comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I look forward to my next stay. Dislikes: £100 deposit to be paid on check-in was a bit of a shock. This information should be shared on your advert on Booking.com.

The location in the centre of Swansea allowed us to visit various entertainment venues on foot during the day and evening, the property was comfortable and warm.

When you book there is nothing to say you got to put £150 pounds down as you arrive. To some people staying that can be 2 or 3 days food if they eat out . You must address this because some people may not have this to hand
