Everything was fantastic. Highly recommended. Staff were all fabulous and very friendly and welcoming. The bar and cocktails were great as was the breakfast. The room was very luxurious and the little touches to celebrate our anniversary and birthday were really special and appreciated

The hotel is beautiful looking (inside & out). Its in the perfect location for the city centre. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, leisure centre and winter wonderland. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a great size with a shower and a bath. We had robes to relax in too. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The welsh breakfast was tasty
