It was really near the Swansea arena where we attended a gig. The room was very spacious and clean , beds were very comfortable too.

Friendly and professional staff, who brought a touch of class to the hotel. Comfortable and spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Fantastic location - for walking on the promenade or sandy beach, around the Marina, close to museums and restaurants

The rooms were spacious and clean but the bed was uncomfortable, sagging in the middle causing some back pain

Bar service, restaurant host and reception was excellent. The hotel was covered in scaffolding to include our windows. The newly refurbished shower didn’t work properly.

Breakfast excellent - especially as I’m new to being a vegetarian so I enjoyed a lovely smoked salmon & egg on toast plus tomato My hubby pleased with full “English” breakfast ! Cleanliness throughout - staff helpful.

Comfortable room and good breakfast. Parking for £5 covers day of departure.
