The staff really are the most helpful and cheerful making it a real pleasure to stay at the hotel. This is my third stay and it's been a consistent experience. Good choice of food, generous portions and freshly prepared.

Breakfast and room service meal at night excellent highly recommend. Spa is always amazing and clean. Room clean and tidy, toilet was not cleaned well this time.

Was great stay in Swansea, welcoming staff. Lovely facilities for a night away including pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

Everyone was great , the only down side was the sauna spelt like wet dog don’t know why . And the food was average .

Location & rooms above the pool were much better than those in reception block. Staff were far better on reception offering upgrade room but restaurant staff were basic as was the food! very comfortable beds!

Lovely quiet spot to stay close to the University and easy access into Swansea. Relaxing spa and helpful welcoming staff. We had a nice evening meal in the hotel and a generous breakfast.

Really enjoyed our stay! Couple in our 30s wanting a quiet night away. Room was big and spacious, huge comfy bed! Spa was lovely to use and clean. We had evening meal in the restaurant and the food was very very good we both enjoyed our meals (I had lamb and husband had steak) Breakfast the next morning was great, helped ourselves to fruit , yogurt, cereal, hot and cold drinks etc and then can order hot breakfast also. Despite there being a big charity party on that night we didn’t hear any noise as placed in room in the spa building so didn’t affect us at all.
