Was ok, location was very good, was kept awake with the late music went well past midnight, car parking not included hat to pay another £28 for 2 days

Everything about Mumbles and the hotel is lovely, my mate said that the steak, mushroom and red wine pie was the best pie he'd ever eaten!

Having not returned to Swansea or Mumbles for over 10 years we were amazed at the transformation. The hotel locations is fantastic with great views of the bay and being located on the promenade its next to bars restaurants and pubs. There was some civil work taking place on the sea wall and promenade toward the pier so might be worth checking when this is completing. The staff were great, friendly and really informative. There's a fantastic bar/restaurant under the hotel which we thought was very well furnished and had a relaxing and comfortable vibe. The room was large and well equipped, for the price we were quite surprised. Decent coffee machine in the room and not a budget sashet of instant. Smart TV, enormous bed, mini fridge, access to spare chargers etc. It was all just a pleasant surprise for the price. We were disappointed we couldn't stay longer but would definitely go back.

Location was okay, no parking, parking charge £14.00 for 24hrs. Clean room. View is nice but 2nd floor room only has a juliet balcony

The location was perfect, right on the promenade. The room was really lovely, nice touches and really stylish. Young lady who checked us in was super, watched her work really hard all afternoon and evening.
