Set just a 1-minute walk to the beach, and 11 km from Corfe Castle in Swanage, The Rookery Guest House features free WiFi access and free private parking.

We were well looked after at this property, great location, super cooked breakfast, slept well. Nothing too much trouble. Seems to attract nice fellow guests, also, which is a plus. Great Stuff.

An excellent welcome from the hosts, Alan and Charlene. Parking was easy outside the hotel, our room (No 3) was large, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful with a great choice. Location was fabulous and a 5 minute walk to the beach, 10/15 minutes to the town. Highly recommended.

A great place to stay in Swanage. Nothing tired about this lovely hotel. Everything spotlessly clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. An amazing breakfast perfectly cooked with top notch produce. All served up with Alan's witty repartee and his cheery smile

Our room was bright, clean and well equipped. We received a warm welcome, breakfast was great, a variety of options freshly cooked. The B&B had a lovely friendly vibe. It closeness to the seafront was great, didn’t need to use the car!
