The owners were so welcoming, the location is excellent, an easy walk to everywhere (though a steep hill down to the seafront), and the room had so much character.

Sadly, there wasn’t an option for breakfast but the owner, Sarah, did recommend a place in town to try Sarah was very accommodating and has a great fridge downstairs with little bottles of milk for guests to take to their rooms where there is tea and coffee available Sarah was also happy to go the extra mile when I discovered upon getting home I had left my hot water bottle in the room, she kindly posted this to me free of charge which I was most grateful for.

Fantastic location and the room was beautiful with a view of the sea. The bed was really big and very comfy. It was a really nice touch that we could collect a little bottle of fresh milk each day from the fridge downstairs for our tea and coffee.

Breakfast n/a Lovely view from bedroom, quiet location, parking handy at back, room clean. Sarah very friendly. I would go there again. Communication between hosts and myself good.

We had 2 very spacious rooms ie the bedroom and the bathroom. Had all the facilities you need and the bed was so comfortable.

No breakfast provided. Quite a walk yo nearest breakfast place. Plenty of extra tea and coffee plus fresh milk.

The limes are situated in the centre of Swanage and in a good location. With good views of the bay. The room was very clean and also a comfortable bed. Would definitely like to return here again when I am in the area.
