Perfect location, just minutes from the town, bus stop and the sea. Received a warm welcome from Claire, the room was compact but very clean and comfortable with a fold up chair and table and a fridge (both much appreciated as I bought my meals back to the room), and excellent value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay.

We had a lovely welcome on arrival from Claire, who offered us a cup of tea and biscuits. As several other family members were also staying here, we had access to several rooms which are all beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is very central which is ideal. On site parking is also available. A continental breakfast is available in the guest house, but we chose to go out for a cooked breakfast, and Claire recommended to us to go to Burnt Toast, just a short walk away. The menu there was comprehensive, and we enjoyed a very nice breakfast. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed in room 1, small double, it was big enough for us, the room is very clean, comfortable bed, and the shower is amazing. the owners are nice people and the location is great, 5 min walk to beach front

The room was spotless and decorated to a high standard. I had a small double and it was quite small space wise but manageable for one person. Host was knowledgeable and very friendly.
