Excellent location and apartment style room. House was quiet but full of character with friendly atmosphere. Room was spacious, well furnished and with well equipped kitchenette.

We met with a lovely welcome, and that was all that was needed because on our 2 night stay we had no problems that required anymore contact. We were told any problems let them know and I'm sure they would of helped if required.

The place itself has an amazing atmosphere, the room is perfect, spacious and has everything in it. The location is really close to the bus station, city center and the beach. Lynn is so nice and welcoming. I'm in love with Rivendell

Very comfortable property in excellent location, close to everything we needed, such as shops, buses, the Swanage Railway and seafront. Because there is limited parking outside the house, our hosts helpfully provided a free pass for the main beach car park.

The place was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed. It felt incredibly cozy and inviting, thanks to the friendly and attentive hosts. Free parking in front was very convenient, and I always felt safe. Overall, Rivendell Guest House is a great place to stay, offering comfort, cleanliness, and an excellent location. Highly recommended!
