The room was clean and comfortable, all amenities available. Location excellent, near train station, shops and places to eat. We did not try breakfast as we wanted to set off early to the places we came to visit. We met Lyn on arrival, she was very welcoming and gave us lots of information about the area.

Disapointed breakfast was extra ,used to having a good breakfast included int theB&B price but got our own in local shop

Location was perfect for exploring Swanage, just round the corner from the train station and all local shops and amenities. Lynn was lovely, very friendly and understanding when we were delayed checking in. The property was perfectly set up for travelling with a young child (6), ensuite was perfect and room was warm, clean and spacious.

During my recent stay at this guest house in Dorset, I was enveloped in warmth from the moment I arrived. The host, a delightful and engaging individual, greeted me with a genuine smile, instantly making me feel at home. With its cosy decor, the guest house offered the perfect retreat after a day of travelling. The blend of comfort, friendly conversation, and beautiful surroundings made my stay pleasant, I'll stay again next time I visit.

Everything was on hand. Lovely spacious room. Central to Swanage town. Great choice of breakfast, fresh cake!
