Very warm, friendly welcome. Very efficient.The room was nicely furnished, the bathroom has been updated recently . The breakfast was superb. Great location to Swanage town centre. Highly recommended venue

The room was very comfortable and had plenty of storage space. The breakfasts were excellent with a good selection of cold buffet items and freshly cooked eggs and mushrooms.

Breakfast was excellent. The location was great for the seafront, bus station and town centre, and a great base for visiting nearby places such as Corfe Castle, Poole, Bournemouth, Brownsea Island, Old Harry Rocks and more.

Great location with a car park, lovely looking guest house, with lovely clean modern rooms. Both Sarah and Frazer were lovely hosts who make you feel really welcome. Lovey continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended and will be returning.
