I loved the location and the breakfast. The breakfast was so good, there was a variety of items. In terms of the location, the property is located very close to the beach as well as city centre. Furthermore, I loved how clean the property is. The rooms are cleaned every day, unless you indicated for your room not to be cleaned. I also love how small the property is, making it feel like a boutique hotel.

Breakfasts are very good. Facilities are neat, clean and well maintained. Staff members are very helpful. The guest house is centrally located. We enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was exceptional. I've never been to guest or place that included free breakfast at this level. The internet worked well 90% of the time. The rooms were great and most of the staff was delightful to interact with. I asked for a different room and the receiptionist worked it out for me. I could enjoy my sleep disturbance free.

The rooms seem to be newly built, very modern finishes and styling, with toilet and shower on suite. Coffee station and bar fridge provided. Breakfast was quite substantial with various options. Excellent security, very well positioned within walking distance of the beach, attractions and town centre.
