Coming back to Voya I found the same things we are used to: friendly and helpful staff, very well tended propriety and surroundings, squeaky clean environment, good and varied food buffet, great for families with children. There are some nice improvements compared with last year: * during dinner there is now an additional restaurant opened. * the terrace on the lobby bar is now closing at 24:00 * parking is included in the room rate * new stores, new kids pool, improved beach amenities and so on

I recommend this hotel from all points of view, everything was superlative. The rooms are big and clean. Very good and diverse food, for all ages and needs. The pools are very clean, and the ones for children are heated. Very well equipped and large playgrounds for children.

Excellent... More " MEKIZI" for breakfast thought :) only seen it once. Dinner had more variety than lunch..Overall great vacation and food..

- very clean, EVERYWHERE! Personal is constantly going around and cleaning - at any time, you can get any type of food or drinks that you want, and there is a big variety - big outdoor pool - coffee machines with coffee beans in the restaurant, not like in other places with powder or capsules that are bad in my opinion - it has parking for free outside and inside - great mattresses, free mini bar

The stay at the resort did have some positive aspects, such as the exterior cleanliness, which was impeccable. However, I felt that many of the facilities were there just to check a box rather than being genuinely useful or of high quality. For example, the coffee was terrible in taste and of the lowest quality, and the breakfast consisted mainly of fried foods and sugar-based products. While there was indeed a chef at dinner offering better quality items, the diversity and overall quality were average, not premium as we had expected. Having wine only from a dispenser in a so-called premium location feels quite disappointing.

The overall hotel was amazing, the Entertainment team was outstanding and very approachable. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Mini bar restocked daily and rooms cleaned. The pool was excellent, and the slides were an added extra bit of fun. The beach was less than 500mtrs away from the rear of the hotel, easy access to it. Excellent food choices for Breakfast/Lunch and dinner. Would highly recommend this hotel for a family stay.
