The innkeeper was extremely warm and sincerely helpful. I arrived a little earlier before check in time and was warmly welcomed into the lodge for tea. The location was great 200m to PingJiang Road, walking distance with Couples Garden etc. I was travelling with my elderly father and it was a great base for us to explore the many shops and sights around and take multiple breaks back at the lodge and then continue.

The location is very close to Ping Jiang Road and within walking distance to a few tourist locations. The owner is super helpful and friendly. He provided all the necessary information for us to identify the places to visit and to dine. He is very responsive over WeChat communication.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I would like to give a 20/10 to Mu, the manager, He was very helpful and kind. The hotel is nicely decorated and offers very good hygiene products. It is very close to everything.

Hotel in the middle of historical part of Suzhou. Easy access to grocery stores, food and metro station, really helpful friendly stuff. We also used the washing machine for free. I really appreciate the hospitality. Strongly recommended!

The staff is so welcoming and friendly. She served us with some tea and snacks whilst we waited for our room. The location is very close to the canals and restaurants, yet it is not noisy at all. The decor of the lodge is beautiful with traditional furniture in the common areas.
