Is Shanghai style 上海灘風 very retro feel provide heater when it is colder weather location is nearby MRT Host and staff very friendly and recommend foods and way to go

Jing was the most friendly and helpful host, who did above and beyond to provide great advice on where to visit and eat, help with our laundry, arrange a van to take us to the Pudong International Airport and provide some small nice gifts. The Guesthouse offers a cosy shared environment with warm heater, roast peanuts & melon seeds and Chinese tea. The location was great .

The rooms and living areas was decorated in styles of bygone eras. It felt like living in the past. The host was friendly and flexible to our needs. The location was close to most areas.

One of the best places we stayed while in China. The guesthouse feels cozy and has everything you might need for few nights stay. The location is in the quiet neighborhood close by the main tourist attractions (5-10min waking). The room was spotless clean.

The guesthouse is a quiet lovely place in the middle of Suzhou old town. The style is traditional and modern at the same time. Everything worked well in the room and the hosts are very kind and responsive.

Very cozy room and overall structure, friendly and attentive host who attended to our requests warmly. The location is excellent, close to the metro and to the main attractions, but also very quiet. The design of the furniture was also interesting and didn't feel bland as many places do. Everything we needed was present.

A well located place 5 minutes from the metro stop and with a genuine personality. You can tell from the decor that the family that runs it has good taste, I think one of them is a painter. The treatment was excellent, friendly and they left us umbrellas to make the heat wave more bearable.
