Every room had A/C - so that was a huge plus. The kitchen was fully equipped so if you wanted to use it, it’s clean and functional. The washing machine was a plus to use. Secured parking (gated) was also available.

Washing machine outlet is in the hand basin - a hazard obviously should be invisible and can avoid flooding. Marketing should be better as the place is a bigger space for families and maybe overpriced for one or two people

charging 5% for credit card and not mention earlier, and not providing water bottles to customer even ask which don't cost then more. if guest comes daily they give daily but if not then not entire duration . also lock with key not working well

The staff were nice and waited up later than usual to let us in when our bus ran late. The room was also pleasant and they put us into practically adjoining rooms.

Was a homely environment,friendly staffs and the convenient location close to city.A big thankyou and vinaka vakalevu to the staffs of Pacific Apartments,also special thanks to Mr Reddy for accomodating us and seeing to our reservations-and also thankyou to the night security guards Thankyou all for making our stay a memorable one for 2024.
