The staff in this hotel were amazing and so accommodating giving me a ground floor room due to a leg injury I had. They also extended our checkout at no extra cost due the time slot in my clinic where I was attending. We had dinner and breakfast where we passed our compliments to the chef on the quality of the meals we were served. Only a one night stay but it was outstanding, Well done to all the management and staff, keep up the good work. Eamonn and Catherine (South Wales).

The staff were extremely friendly and were so kind to my elderly dog, beds huge and comfortable excellent breakfast and convenient parking

The staff were friendly, welcoming, efficient and professional. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, a delicious evening meal, inclusive convenient parking, a great breakfast, with quality produce and a great location. Rooms were contemporary, quality bed and bedding, for a comfortable nights sleep, stylishly interior design and well maintained, everything we needed after a long drive. Thank you so much, it was a brief but perfect stay. Thank you also for going above and beyond, when I mistakenly left my toiletries bag, you arranged for it to be returned, securely and in good time. Great team, I would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to our next stay when we visit to family.

Loved the room décor, very tasteful. Really well thought out room. There was plenty of space and areas to work in. The bathroom toiletries were amazing. The food in the restaurant was very good. The area is quiet, plenty of restaurants, cafes to choose from. Walking distance to the station and good transport links.

Bed was very comfortable and bedding was great quality. The shower was fantastic as were the complimentary cosmetics. Towels were large and soft. The room was good quality with complimentary shortbread. The staff make the experience and are warm, welcoming and are keen for you to have a great stay.

I judge hotels by factors such as comfortable bed, good shower, quiet room and a good degree of space, our room, number 207, scored highly in all regards. Add to that friendly efficient staff and an excellent breakfast and the greyhound proved to be a winner.

Great location for my purpose, nice pub/restaurant with vegan options. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
