pretty location and the owners were very nice. there was a nice continental breakfast with fresh biscuits and muffins. very close to places to eat and Sussex.

This is a tastefully refurbished traditional roadside motel. Pleasant, comfortable, and clean. Owner was proud of the property and cared about his guests. Very reasonably priced!

The host and hostess went out of their way to please. Bed comfortable, good WIFI, shower and amenities all good. Breakfast provided even to choice of how we wanted our eggs. Overall very good value.

This place was next level! The room was as simple as can be, but perfect in every eag that it mattered. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh baked pastries from a master baker, fresh farm eggs cooked to my liking and the coffee was delicious. The owners were as sweet as pie and the place was quiet, cozy and affordable. 10/10 recommend.

the only good thing at this property is the couple that runs this place (not sure if the own it) they are super friendly and very helpful. the breakfast was ok.
