It was good to have the river right there, the beds where comfortable, i didn't experience the upstairs.

Great location on the canal and an easy walk into town. Premises was clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Coffee machine and wifi is an added bonus. Private yard and own boat ramp and jetty. Will definitely be booking again.
