Simple check in process and helpful front desk. Location of hotel is easy to find. Breakfast was decent and good. Convenient store is just beside the hotel.

The property is cosy and the hotel staff is one of the best I seen in Japan in terms of their attitude and service. Even they are not able to speak very fluent English, they tried their best to accommodate us and used their mobile to translate their information to us. Their manager Yoshihiro Inada is very professional and good in his service. The breakfast is homely and delicious too. I will rebook this hotel if I visit Shizuoka again.
