We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff, and we had a clean, comfortable, spacious room. We had to go to Vancouver, and the hotel is close enough to make it a great option outside of downtown Van.

Proximity to leasure center Tim Hortons and baselines pub although I hear the new SkyTrain line caused the Tim Hortons to no longer be there after our stay.also pet friendly with grass right beside hotel.

Bed. Room was nice sized. Clean bedding. Toiletries available. Good lighting in room. Room AC was good and quiet.

Convenient location .. we’d flown in to Vancouver from the uk (arriving 3am uk time) but were planning to drive out to kelowna (4hours) . We were tired and decided to stay overnight near the airport but wanted to get out of Vancouver centre to avoid rush hour traffic the next morning. Surrey was a perfect location. Well stay again when visiting kelowna.

Great breakfast and great location. Front desk staff was amazing both when we arrived and on the phone when we called ahead with questions. Very very nice and accommodating and professional.
