Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving Licence, Aadhar Card, any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.Please note that Surat Marriott Hotel is undergoing renovation of the exterior façade, restaurant and lobby. This will last till 30th September 2019. The property assures guests that that all the necessary measures have been taken to minimize any inconvenience caused.

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The rooms were always cleaned up, the stuff always put enough water bottles for us into the room. The service at the reception was insanely good, everyone took care of us very well. I had a couple of extra wishes that the hotel stuff took immediately care of. The breakfast was very huge and also lots of Indian and European options were available, we also tried the buffet at the evening and it also had a lot of variety. The gym had all the basic things needed for a good workout. Pool area was clean. Oh we also loved the spa treatments. We will definitely come back at a point.

The staff were brilliant, the rooms were clean and everything within the room was kept spotless. Only comment I would have is that the walls and sides have seen some.damage due to luggage knocks which could Painted. One restaurant staff exceeded in duties and deserved and pat on the back from his management. Weldone young man.

Just fyi bathrooms are getting a bit mouldy on edges Service though is always excellent Cleanliness is top grade Good is excellent I wanted to use the spa during my stay It was my biggest regret that there was no male therapist Check in check out was swift Lifts was easy access Ambience was pleasing The security I found was very intruding I think once the staff knew we were guests there, they should have easy access Overall enjoyed my stay
