Mohit Gonawala provided excellent service from the time of check in. He provided superb recommendations for authentic gujarati cuisine during our stay. He was tactful in the way in which he communicated to us that gujarat was a dry state and we required a liquor permit.

The hotel is conveniently situated in a favorable location. It provides a secure and a safe environment for its guests Various amenities, including a cinema cafes, and shops are conveniently located in the vicinity of the hotel. VR mall is 15 to 20 minutes. The staff is remarkable and consistently prepared to assist guests. From the Moment of check-in to check-out, every aspect of the service is exceptional.

Radisson Surat - a first class hotel❣️ first of all the staff, from the moment you arrive to the reception, front office manager and room service all just all of them are great people. People with heart full friendliness kindness - it was a pleasure every evening coming back in the hotel. It felt like a family away from home. The rooms are comfortable and up to western standard as well as the cleanliness - the bed is super comfortable and the breakfast is great and tasty as well. Returning to Surat would mean to me; staying at Radisson Park Inn again. Big thank to the whole team🙏
