5-Star Review for The Westin Surabaya Our stay at The Westin Surabaya was nothing short of perfect! The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The dining experience was exceptional—Magnolia and the Club Lounge both offered incredible food that exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Tiwi and Mila from the Club Lounge for their outstanding hospitality. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. Additionally, chefs Haris and Nasrulloh went above and beyond by preparing exclusive meals for us that weren’t even on the menu. Their culinary expertise and personalized service were unforgettable. These individuals made our stay extraordinary and set a new benchmark for hospitality. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed in worldwide, The Westin Surabaya stands out as the best. We can’t wait to return!
