For sure, the location is awesome! If we need anything, we just go to Tunjungan Plaza Mall. For this trip, we notice in our room, the shower was perfect For hot and cold water. Before this trip, we got not good shower. The receiptionist, concierge,f& b also housekeeping were great! Please keep it up good work! The food was great as well, they provide sahur for muslim who does Ramadhan Fasting, the menu was awesome. Overall we were a happy customer.

I like the location very close to the tunjungan plaza mall, so quite convenient. The rooms were cozy, beds very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and friendly!

Convenient location and clean. Breakfast was awesome coz there a lot of varieties. Room was a good size and the bed was so comfortable. Staff was friendly, helpful and always with a smile.

All the staff was friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast buffet was amazing. A lot of variety of delicious food. Facilities are clean and inviting.

Breakfast was wonderful tasty :) siomai taste yummy ;) The room with swimming pool view is refreshing:) also staff super friendly always greetings with smile :)☺️ Gym is big and clean and also got mosula for pray 🤲 :) will love to come back to staying in four point by Sheraton again !!!!

The breakfast spread was excellent. Love that it’s right beside the shopping mall that has everything we need. The room was also clean and comfortable.
