The hotel's neat and tidy garden, is big and spacious. The traditional Malay breakfast & music is great.

Love the breakfast spread, many different varieties. Room was amazing although the furniture were visibly old. TV could use a solid upgrade as only local channels were available. Only 1 towel was provided, have to request for another towel if you are travelling more than 1. Very popular mall very nearby, easily accessible.

Rooms were large, food was good at the restaurant and the hotel provided packed breakfast for our hike to Mount Bromo.

We stayed at that hotel in Surabaya for 3 nights. It is situated in the very center of the city in the busy street. There is a corner shop nearby and some catering places. We lived in the room on the 22nd floor, the view overlooks the city, it is quite picturesque. The room is quite spacious,the linen is clean and fresh, the bed is big and comfortable. There is an aircon, a TV, a hairdryer, a shower and a large bath, the hotel provides some toiletries incl. a toothbrush, a toothpaste, some soap, etc. There is buffet breakfast served, the choice of dishes is enormous at every liking. The staff is very helpful and courteous, they do speak English.

The property was very spacious and clean. They also have really good amenities! We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and lunch buffets! The staff were very friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed my stay here!
