Great views of the Athabasca Glacier and easy to take the early morning tours. Rooms were large and could have easily fitted 4 people in our room.

Beautiful setting, bed was comfortable, room was clean. Complimentary Happy Hour was nice but the gin was barely noticeable in the drinks.

The view was incredible. We paid for a room with a view on the Glacier and we were not disappointed one bit. It is breathtaking on every level and it is a one of a kind hotel. The restaurant was amazing and the food was delicious. The hotel also gives Glacier Tours to hotel guests which are a much better option than booking through the normal thing as we did get to the Glacier first, were only a group of a dozen people and really got to enjoy the experience. About 5 minutes before leaving the glacier, 3 buses full of tourists came and we deemed ourselves lucky to have been able to come up before anyone else.

The glacier view was amazing. They have a little cocktail reception from 5-7pm which is nice imo, you can enjoy some drinks and cheese while watching the sun set over the glacier. The staffs were exceptional except this lady at the reception.

The gorgeous views with the excellent staff made it the most enjoyable stay of our road trip. The skywalk and glacier trips without other groups makes it even more worthwhile to stay the night at the lodge

The hotel is new and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful and stored our luggage for us after check out so we could enjoy the day exploring the Icefields. Loved the great room that overlooked the glacier. The view was breathtaking and it was amazing sitting on the sofas taking in the view with the complementary tea/coffee that they offered. Wonderful and memorable stay for the entire family!

Except for the lobby facing the glacier, which is a selling point, the rest is too ordinary.
