Very clean and spacious. We came to the hotel at 1am though the staff was waiting for us to arrive and warmly welcomed us. I was so tired, so the staff let us check in so smoothly, and it was helpful.

Sunnyvale is a very nice city and the hotel is located in a beautiful neighbourhood. It also has big enough parking to accommodate all hotel guests. The rooms are big and bright. Now this is where the good stuff ends and the bad begins. Everything is quite dated, breakfast is a joke, staff is grumpy and unwelcoming.

This is my 5th stay in 2 years. The staff is very helpful. There is no microwave in the room, but I requested one and it was brought to my room. The layout of the room is nice with desk, couch, 2 bathroom basins, 2 person bathtub and shower with lots of pressure. My boyfriend said I am going to miss that shower!
