We recently stayed at this hotel for a family vacation with my young child and elderly mother. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and I have to commend the housekeeping staff, who were incredibly friendly and always smiling. They helped us with any issues we had and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the rest of the staff. The reception team seemed rather unfriendly, and in the restaurant, the staff looked visibly tired. The exhaustion was quite obvious. The hotel bars were another disappointment. The staff, in general, weren’t pleasant, regardless of whether you were ordering alcohol or not, particularly in the main bar by the pool. Only a few of the girls who served us were friendly and greeted us with a smile. The rest of the staff left much to be desired in terms of customer service. That being said, the entertainment team did an amazing job. Their program was well-organized and entertaining for both kids and adults. However, there was a feeling that they were almost robotic as if they were overworked and trying to squeeze out the last bit of energy. The beach, on the other hand, was quite disappointing. It was messy, untidy, and littered. The access to the sea was very inconvenient, especially when traveling with a small child, which led us to choose the public beach further away. The bus to the public beach runs every hour, except during lunch, which can be a bit inconvenient. If you miss the 12:30 bus, the next one is at 14:30, after lunch is over, which isn’t ideal. While there are definitely areas that could improve, I would still recommend this hotel for families with children. The food was delicious and varied daily, though the kids’ menu remained the same each day. However, you can easily find good options from the adult menu for the kids. The resort is exceptional. Food was delicious every single time. Different menu each day. Drinks are quite good (not like other places in Bulgaria). Pools are big and not very crowded.
