Everything was perfect, food was tasty, housekeeping very friendly, bars ad restaurant staff friendly, reception very helpful and friendly, great value for your money! Location was excellent! In general was even better than expected!

Really good location very close to the beach. The kid playground is a nice touch and ideal for kids up to 6, to spend a few minutes there before/after meals. The pool is really nice and big with a lot of shade & sunbeds, and the dedicated pool bar with great cocktails adds to the experience. The rooms are at adequate size, but are poorly equipped. The food is OK, the breakfast is usually plentyful, and tasty, the dinner is hit or miss, but at least it is not the same at every night.

We have stayed there for the 4th time, always coming back to a lovely location (less than 50 m from the beach) and we have always been given a lovely partially sea view room on the top floor, thanks for that. Special thanks to Martin for the shuttle and his wife Stasi (sorry if I spelt wrong), the lady in charge of reception. She is a real professional, knows almost all the guests, helps with any problem and really has a lot of experience. I would also like to point out that she speaks good English, which was convenient for us to discuss our problems with someone who understands. The pool bar is nice, with good prices and good drinks, there are many restaurants near the hotel with fast-food, or you can take the small train and visit the city centre. I am pretty sure we will stay at this hotel if we travel to Sunny Beach again.
