The location was excellent. We visited out of season, which was our choice as we were already in Bulgaria travelling. Ideal for a visit to Varna and Burgas, Rooms were adequate and up to date, and the beds were slightly uncomfortable but not that bad.

as there is not much reviews on trip arviaor wich is what i use and unable to find alot online was only using booking to go off reviews so was unsure what to expect the name of hotel is persific palma and also arvertised as palma witch caused alot of confussion on drop off and pick up loction as they went to differfent hotels ( pacific and the actaul hotel palma) that aside i seen on review that no enterment this not stated about and was debating changing due to being allincluaive we would like to use the facltiltes of a night and majority of hotels have entermwnt if not its stated HOWEVER when arrived there bar area is small and has a tv with music playig all day the size of hotel i see why there is no entemant and also alot of mixed nationatilya so would not be possible so i was happu with what was avable how ever could be louder amd also louder so could hear it at pool too reception staff where friendly always helpfull bar staff friendly and never a que only ever 1 person max in front for drinks always on bar alchol was very good not watered down and branded spiirts was avable for a charge and was cheap good size drinks room was great size and looked new and modern asked for a pool view and got it meal times and how they do them is good not to long inbetween meals do not be put off by neg reviews about food standrd 3 star buffet with meet chocies you expect yes some items rolled oveer but has facililtt to keep them fresh and warm good varity of food snacks inbetween just cakes etc pool alot bigger then looks it is deep tho very clean and location great free aircon and wifi also good sfatey box in reception for a small charge good stay for price pictures of hotel is acurate
