The rooms were specious and kept in good condition. The pool was clean and the location was perfect. There is free parking if you are able to secure a space. The casino staff are professional and kind. The view from the rooms is amazing.

The food was good, in general, fruits were fresh, sometimes it needed more variety, but it was tasty which is a big pro. That's great that they switched to full board - all inclusive, although we were using just meals. I hope next year will improve even more. The hotel has a nice atmosphere.

Location is perfect, next to the beach. The staff is very helpful and super friendly. The pool is clean and nice. The bed is very comfortable.

The view from the room is great, all the rooms have sea view. The room was as in the pictures, clean and comfy.

First of all, we didn’t expect Sunny Beach to be so nice! And this hotel seems to be the best one around. We had a room on one the highest floors, and the view was simply amazing. Rooms are quite small, but well furnished and cozy. And the staff is simply impeccable: friendly, speaking English, Russian, Bulgarian and Hebrew. The hotels looks mainly Israeli and even has kosher food and a separate part in the restaurant. The food in the all inclusive restaurant was quite basic , but ok, served all day long. The location is perfect: in the middle of all the attractions and right at the beach.

the property was clean and welcoming. It was engaging with the statues and photo points. The room was fresh and comfortable. The view was spectacular. The pool area was extensive and comfortable.
