Beach near the hotel. They have sunbeds on the beach. The swimming pool it s not busy, the staff it s nice. The cleaning it s good, food was ok. For me and my family was lovely.

The receptionist and the barista were friendly, professional, and spoke English well, making our stay more comfortable. The room itself was tidy and organized, and we had no major issues with it. The location of the hotel is fantastic—right by the beach. You really can’t get any closer! The hotel’s complimentary sunbeds are set a bit further back from the beachfront, but we actually saw this as a plus, as it provided some separation from non-hotel guests. The outdoor pool, while a bit cold, was still nice and enjoyable for a refreshing swim.

The biggest advantage is that the hotel it’s exactly on the sand of the beach , that’s just amazing!

The staff was always smiling, they spoken English very good. The beach was very nice, and a big + is that you had jet ski rental and other beach acitivities next to the hotel! Altough we had a long stay, you get a bit tired of the repeating food, however, keep in mind that hotels have to make sure there is enough different dishes for all our diets, and they surely done that very well! Overall, I'll be back!

Location is excellent, probably few in Sunny Beach could compare as hotel sits on the beach. I really like the staff, they were very kind and not imposing. Nice & positive animation team Always plenty of free sun beds, any time of the day. Always were able to find the table, no queue to food. Good coffee machines. Great views from the room
