We loved it. We spend 3 days and my 3 boys had a wonderful time and have enjoyed every second of it. Room (suite) was clean and large enough, staff was nice and helpful while the food and the water park were fantastic. We, the adults, enjoyed the food and the water park as well. We think the facilities, the cleanliness, the staff and food and drinks are good value for the money. It was a perfect vacation to end the summer. We'll be back for sure

Great hotel with excellent facilities with a range of stuff as u will see on the description of the hotel. Very clean and decent choice of food which was very good. Staff in the area n supermarkets are extremely rude so just bare that in mind. Not many people speak English also which is quite difficult at times. But overall was a good holiday weather was great and had a great experience and would return again.

Aqua park was great for the kids. The room was huge with a separate bedroom and two bathrooms. The food was always varied and the drinks were good. Cocktails available and plenty of choice. We own an apartment in Sunny beach but decided to have a couple of nights in an all inclusive with kids for a change during our holiday. Glad I booked here as kids loved it. Large balcony with a pool view from our room was lovely.

The hotel was not bad overall. We were especially pleased with the Aqua Park. The hotel had a shuttle service to the beach during the day, which was one of the advantages of the hotel.

Pros Good selection of food freshly cooked and varied each night Great selection of drinks for adults and kids available all day Pool snack bar was great with hot dogs and burgers with chips. Pool bar and shop staff were all very cheery Hotel pool lovely and lots of sun beds Animation team were great at getting kids involved and put on great shows in the evening. Bed was comfy and having a separate space in the room with sliding door was a godsend with a teenager Lots of staff that work very hard all day Spa was great. We had 2 Turkish baths with kids and adults had massages and really enjoyed them. Thanks to Ali for sorting us out Water park was fantastic and we spent literal hours in there with the kids Lots of life guards and they were on the ball constantly which meant I could relax a little Hotel isn't huge so easy to find way around Free shuttle bus to and from the strip is great We checked out at 12 but did not leave for the airport until 8pm but still had full use of all inclusive and water park. There were also showers to freshen up in Air con in the room was great. Room fridge was great and actually chilled items Plenty of sockets for charging Great drying space on the balcony Once balcony door is closed you cannot hear anything which is great noise control
