The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that as the accommodation is a Syariah (Muslim) property, couples who check-in together must be married.

The place is petite and has an elevator. There is a big mirror in the room. They also supply coffee, tea and croissont bread. There is a water filter just outside the room with hot and cold water for drinking. Ironing facilities is also available outside the room.

The location is good,near to the chinese foodcourt n KTM station also not far away,take only 5 mins to the station.They got free drinks n bread to redeemed in the morning.Got hot water n cold water to refill beside the lift.

Staff - a mixture of unfriendly n friendly Facilities- need 2 pillow, table tissue, 3in1 drink. Lift elevator was not in operation. Had a hard time going up and coning down with my luggage upon checking out. Tried to get a staff to help but reply was THEY WERE SHORT STAFF. I am a warga mas who have issues with my knee. so ends up coming back to KL with knee pain.😔 I would like to commend the lady at the counter, she had helped send my grabfood to my room.👍 Good Standing n Clean for toilet and room, tho they do not clean my room. Slight high charges for room Location was a lil bit way off from my function but its ok because I don't know Sg Petani. Area of hotel are way ofc for muslim food but grab n panda helps.

Located very near to Chinese and Indian food stalls. Difficult to find halal food from my observation. Property made an effort to provide simple morning refreshment ... which is good.

Suitable for couple or individual stay for a night. Longer than that and with more than 2 pax, the room is too small for comfort. Overall the stay was okay and the room are clean, which is a plus.
