We had a fab, overnight, stay at Clarion Hotel (Newcastle South). Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly, professional, individual who checked us in. Her smile & hospitality was really appreciated and out-shone any service from other colleagues. The breakfast was OK although a bit dry by the time we got to it (around 8.45am in the morning) however there was more than enough to set us up for the day. Thank you.

Hotel is close to the A19 which is handy for travel in the North East. The room was fine and the WiFi worked well. There is a large car park as well as a gym and swimming pool. Breakfast was table service rather than buffet as there were only a handful of guests staying. The breakfast itself was nice. Would be happy to stay again.
