We had issues with the ac/heat and TV when we checked in. Someone was sent to our room to fix it but could not....they moved us to another room............to our pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a suite. Breakfast was good, as it was buffet, it wasn't very hot. A microwave to re-heat food would be useful. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a bit iffy. Very small portions of fruit (barely 2 tablespoons), not sure what the eggs Benedict were made of but certainly not real eggs (some sort of gelatinous product) which was not appetizing at all. But overall all, it was adequate to get my day started. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Had no hot water I one afternoon after a day at the beach so i showered in mostly cold water.

great room for a family, very clean and tidy, there was a problem in the room - half of the shelf for soap, we reported to the reception and in 5 minutes it was fixed. The air conditioner worked, the staff was very surprised at breakfast, the service was very high and varied delicious food. Thank you, we really liked it!

Third floor room with sea view and good beds. Easy walk to local restaurants at the waters edge. Very good breakfast provided.

We moved from Charlottetown to Summerside for our last three nights in PEI, to use as a base for exploring the Western part of the island. It did serve that purpose, and was convenient to the Confederation bridge for our day of departure. And we did appreciate the hotel's location, not far from the waterfront, and enjoyed an early morning hike along the boardwalk along the bay there. The hotel did offer some nice amenities, like a workout room (with one of 3 machines broken) and a small pool and sauna, as well as picnic tables and chairs outside. And we were glad to find a small fridge in our rooms (no microwave): one room's fridge had a little freezer compartment, which we much appreciated. The breakfast offered was pretty good (though among the less well-served and varied (e.g., cold scrambled eggs, little fruit) that we experienced in our stays in Nova Scotia and PEI also in a few "conference-style" hotels.

The location of the hotel is central and we had a view of the ocean from our room which was nice. The breakfast was very good but the hot food was not hot enough.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. We enjoyed exploring shops and restaurants as well as walking along the boardwalk in Summerside. All of the hotel staff were extremely friendly and the included buffet breakfast was better than expected.
