Everything was amazing. They were so friendly accommodating and everything we needed was right there. We utilise the bus service to get into it Ubud. We ate at the restaurant and had massages within the villa. It wasn’t very central that for us being out of the craziness was the best part. We were surrounded by silent ricefields and nature. Would love to have spent more time .

Serene location surrounded by rice fields, quite locality without any noise. We booked bill with private pool. Pool was clean and well maintained. Staff are very prompt and respond quickly. Food was amazing. Almost all of the ordered food items were top notch and customised to suit us.

My partner and I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room at Villa Kayu Lama, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Room service exceeded our expectations—the food was delicious and a delightful surprise. The complimentary shuttle to Ubud was a fantastic perk, and the driver was not only friendly but also spoke English well, making our travels even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay at Villa Kayu Lama was exceptional, and we will definitely be returning.

Our stay at the villa was exceptional! The villa, our private pool, and everything else were amazing. We've stayed at many hotels and apartment properties while holidaymaking, but this was by far the best. The staff were outstanding and very respectful of our privacy. The room service and food were top-notch. Daily cleaning services, including pool cleaning, were provided. They offered many conveniences, such as scooter hire, day trips, and spa services. We felt very safe and comfortable, thanks to the 24-hour reception. They went above and beyond. Highly recommended! We will truly miss this place!

The staff were amazing, lovely, and very attentive. The pool was beautiful, and the location was exactly what we were after, out of the hassle and bussle. The food is yummy, and it was very handy having a massage spa on site.

The friendly staff,there was a day in had to leave so early to an attraction site,and they packed some breakfast for me to carry with me. That was so lovely.The villa was also kept spotless clean all the time.The food served was so delicious and always freshly made.I enjoyed their fruit juices so much.
