The apartment is very well located, two minutes walk from the Plaza 25 de mayo, in a nice historical building. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The common kitchen is well furnished. There was always (very) hot water for the shower. Sonia was a friendly and nice host. We definitely recommend !

Spacious bedroom with plenty of storage. The location was perfect, just a block away from the main plaza. We were also able to check in early after our night bus. Kitchen was well equipped. Hot showers.

Amazing apartment, the pictures don't do it justice! Huge room, huge bed, set in historical settings in great location near main town square. Had a great stay! Host kindly let us check in early when we arrived after a late night bus. Then safely stored our bags after we checked out.

The bus arrived earlier than I thought but the staff was super friendly and understanding and let me check in earlier. Also for checking out they kept my luggage so I had more time for sightseeing

This has got to be one of the best value accommodations we have stayed in whilst backpacking around South America. It felt like staying in a stately home. The host was so helpful and responsive and even let us check out later. I can’t fault this accommodation and I absolutely would recommend this guest house to anyone staying in Sucre. Such good value for money and such a great location. Thank you!
