Pleasant staff, even with a late evening check-in: helped me get my heavy bag up the stairs (no lift) Bed was comfortable. Good location, only about a 5 minute walk to the train station, even with luggage.

I am using this hotel for the 4th time already ) It is the best option in Suceava for a good and comfortable stay before a long trip. The room was very warm (we used the one with balcony). The beds are nice. And staff is simply amazing - we were on a very late check in several times and there always was someone waiting for us at reception. The restaurant downstairs is great - as we learned, their chief is cooking there for 20+ years!) and it is worth trying! Definitely recommended.

The hotel was easy to find, being close to the train station. There is a dedicated parking lot, covered with cameras, so my motorcycle was safe. The receptionist was very polite and effective and I got a nice and quiet room. The room itself was OK (in fact, great for the price paid), with everything clean and functional. The furniture and rug were a bit old, but definitely not a deal-breaker for the price. The room was quiet and well-aired (with big windows and working A/C), the bathroom clean and functional.

Nice and clean hotel - the beds were very comfortable. The room has AC. We rented the one with a balcony. A pleasant bonus - hotel has its own parking spot (it is not large but there always was a free space for parking))

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel, large parking lot. Best of all the restaurant located there serves very good food for very low prices. Breakfast worth it, especially if you have a long day of touring planned. I’d stay there again, no worries.

The hotel is only 4 minutes’ walk from the railway station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi works well. The hot chocolate they serve in the restaurant is fantastic.

It was close to the train station, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the in-house restaurant was pretty good (though there was nothing else nearby that was open when I was there).

Everything was clean. Service is also quite good, the place itself located in a good quiet location. You can ask a receptionist to order a taxi at the desk.
