I’ve stayed at this location a few times and have always had a pleasant experience. The place itself is lovely, though if I were to offer one suggestion, it would be that the reception staff could be a little more friendly for a more welcoming experience. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay.

I think that the location and staff are great, the size and cleanliness is also alright. However I feel like the bedding (bedsheets, pillows, duvet etc) could be improved as they were worn out and not so comfortable. Also I would love to see that they add more free toiletries (such as a small toothpaste, bubble bath, body lotion). I believe that these small changes would make a huge difference

We arrived late after flying in to Suceva. There was someone on reception to greet us and direct us to our room. The room was comfortable and welcome after long journey. Reception was helpful in directing us in the morning.

The room was nicely decorated and so was the rest of the hotel, it's a convenient location to visit the monasteries. The room was comfortable and we slept well, we had a balcony.

Great location, in a quiet area of Suceava, close to the Citadel and the city center. Big parking lot. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast is average and expensive, so if you're unsure about it, don't buy it.
