Friendly, helpful staff. Location. they had a nice big dining room, where are you could sit down and have your snacks and use the kitchen for smaller purposes.

Super cosy, modern, and beautiful property with well-decorated common area and kitchen (delicious coffee and wide range of teas freely available) with very friendly staff on hand and overall lovely atmosphere.

The Karolina Hotel feels like home better than home : the hotel is litterraly a house at your disposal. The living room is super well-decorated (scandinavian minimalism of exquisite taste in the materials used, the decorative objects and overal interior design). The kitchen is at disposal for any hot drinks. The room was very spacious and the bathroom very very spacious. The staff was wonderful : beyond what you would expect in terms of customer-care and customer centricity (we mentioned we loved the home cooked bread and got a full loaf freshly baked whand we checked out - along with the recipe to bake it at home!) Breakfast is home cooked and served at the table. The staff is dedicated to share all the good tips on what to do and visit in the area. This was our best accommodation of our 10-day trip in Iceland!
