The room/apartment was well above what we were expecting, very well laid out with everything we required. The pub downstairs was very lively but we didn't notice any noise upstairs, and the food was lovely.

We were in Buckingham room. All very clean and tidy. The room has all the comforts of home: good shower with all toiletries. Nice big towels. Fresh bedding. Fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster and plenty of continental breakfast supplies. Comfortable sitting room. All very nice.

A nice pub close to Alton Waters. The food in the restaurant was very good, but not many people there. The bedroom included a living room area which was pleasant. Staff were pleasant & helpful.
